All of my clients know that I LOVE workouts that tax your whole system and this one is no different. All you need are a pair of dumbbells that are at least 12lbs and a medicine ball no less than 8lbs. Here we go!
Body Weight Squats x 50 reps
Pushups x 30 reps
(on your knees if needed)
Bent Over Row x 30 reps
Bicycles x 50 reps
(you can alternate placing one heel on the ground to make it a little easier)
EXTRA CREDIT ABS...
Medicine Ball Out & Around x 15 reps in each direction
Oblique Plank Medicine Ball Twist x 15 reps each side
