Don't answer by saying 'well, when I'm good...' unless that's the majority of time. Most people start with coffee, have nothing else for hours and wonder why they are sluggish, feel dehydrated, and generally don't look forward to mornings.
The best thing you can do for yourself upon waking is to drink a glass of water. I like to make it easy by keeping a glass bedside and one on the bathroom counter. Most of us are aware of the need to drink water during the day but it's easy to forget that after a long night's sleep, we've gone 7-8 hours being dehydrated (yeah, I know most of us don'tget that much, but that's a whole separate topic). Drinking at least two cups of water when you wake up will not only replenish your body, but can also get the metabolism moving in the right direction. Add lemon or lime if you don't love the taste of plain water.
This is something absolutely everyone can do at no cost and it makes a significant difference.
